- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been to this registry five times over the past three weeks, three times just today, to get my license transferred from MA to NH. Each time, I was told conflicting things that I needed to have in order to get a new "real ID" that is compliant. I even went to the bank to get something notarized and brought it back only for another woman who works there to say that her colleague was wrong. My mom was with me the 4th and 5th time and was also not able to get the real ID. We were told to come back in 60 days when our non-compliant IDs come in the mail to again, sit and wait for an hour to get those IDs. I was very unhappy with my experience and feel the people who work here should all be on the same page about documentation needed to get a license.
