- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Extremly overpriced, didnt give any idea or representation of cost before process had begun, even though they have set prices for each form that will be needed and are completely aware of what information will be used with what forms. You could even tell how guilty the agent felt, when telling me the cost. I got the same answers with turbo tax and it only took me 45 minutes to do, not the 5 hrs their computer estimated it would take me. And even if it did take 5 hrs, I would rather save the money on turbo tax which cost $30, not $175.By A Google User, December 12, 2016
