- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Hi, new to the area. Bellweather CU is the closest. Not impressed with the wait time to open an account. I can see the person who will be waiting on us working on a computer. After waiting 15-20 minutes we get seen. Not sure what the point of making us wait. I guess walk-ins are not first priority. The tellers are quick enough and helpful for the most part. It's the higher functions that need a revamp. I went in a second time to open another account and the same thing. This time I got tired of waiting and left after 10 mins. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible. They just updated their online banking. Apparently my wife wasn't allowed to create a new password to update our account to pay our auto loan. Then she calls to pay over the phone so the car payment isn't late. It never has been. The woman tells her no. I have to call and set it up. I'm fn busy. My wife has free time during the day. So now I have to call them and wait on the phone for 15 minutes(my wife said she had to) until they get to you so I can say YES MY WIFE CAN PAY FOR OUR CAR WITH OUR MONEY YOU FN MORONS! I'm refinancing with our own bank asap! I recommend you all do the same.By Icculus, November 12, 2016
